You didn’t like your DJ? To date, you would be the first person to want a refund because of a performance. But if you do for whatever reason, then rest assured you’ll be fully refunded, and will be given a huge discount to try us out again in the future for any reason.
Once you book with us you’ll have the opportunity to have a personal phone call or Face time meeting with your DJ. This way you can get to know who you’ll be working with so there are no surprises the day of.
The entertainment industry can be expensive, especially when it comes to Weddings. So we set our prices to be right in the middle of the industry average. You’ll never overpay for a service with us.
We know you’re probably booking a bunch of other vendors, and deposits can really add up. With us, we keep our deposits low so you can spend more on other things. And, if you prefer to change your deposit amount then just let us know.
We won’t just randomly assign you a DJ from our team. Instead we’ll get to know you, your preferences, and your music tastes. We will then take all of these things into consideration when choosing the perfect DJ for you.
Quick communication is key when it comes to planning anything, especially a wedding. We strive to return any phone call, text, or email within an hour.
If you’re someone that likes to pay after you receive the service then you’re in luck. We don’t require the balance to be paid until the end of your Wedding. But of course, you can pay the balance off prior if you prefer to.
No matter how much you prepare, sometimes things just go wrong. But that’s not something to worry about with us. We always have a local back up DJ on call, incase anything get’s in the way of your day.
