Knowing and understanding the culture is a big part of DJing Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. We know that this event is more than just a party, and that’s why we take extra time training our DJ’s in understanding how these celebrations work. We not only ensure our DJ’s are great entertainers, but are also well versed in event coordinating. From the HaMotzi to the Hora our DJ’s will be able to follow along as your timeline plays out, and even help you keep things on track if need be.
All of our DJ’s are in their 20’s, which means we know exactly what music is hot and relevant. In fact, some of our DJ’s also play in local clubs literally mixing today’s hits.
If you’re thinking about hiring a company that has some “older” DJ’s (no offense Mom). Then consider the fact that there might be a slight “disconnect” when it comes to them playing music. We’ve been in the industry for 12 years, and in that time we’ve seen plenty of other DJ’s perform. “Older DJ’s” tend to not be able to grasp the concept of the music they’re playing, so there’s not usually a good momentum in their sets. But don’t worry, like I mentioned above we spend a lot of time training our team in other aspects of the performance like social etiquette, proper microphone use, and event coordinating.
